At nodedCode Studio, we dedicate significant engineering hours and technical resources to every project from the moment an agreement is initiated. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. General Refund Policy

Because software engineering and digital product development involve irreversible investments of time, labor, and custom technical architecture, we do not offer refunds once the agreed-upon development work has been completed and delivered.

Once a project milestone or final deliverable has been submitted and accepted, all associated fees are considered non-refundable. This policy exists because the development resources, engineering hours, and custom work invested cannot be recovered or redistributed once applied to a specific project.

2. Project Cancellations

We understand that project requirements and business circumstances can change. If you wish to request a project cancellation, you must provide written notification to our team as early as possible.

Verbal or informal cancellation requests will not be considered valid. The date on which written notice is received by our team will be used as the official cancellation date for the purposes of any applicable partial refund calculation.

3. Partial Refunds

Depending on the timing of your written cancellation notice, your project may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact refund amount is determined by the following factors:

• Billable engineering hours already expended on your project

• Developer allocation and resource commitment prior to the cancellation notice

• Technical infrastructure, architecture, or licensing costs already incurred

• The stage of project completion at the time the cancellation notice is received

Our team will conduct a fair and transparent review of all costs incurred prior to the cancellation date. Any eligible partial refund amount will be communicated to you in writing within a reasonable timeframe following the review.

4. Product-Specific Refund Policies

Specific refund policies and terms of service may apply to each individual digital product, software subscription, or standalone tool available in our products directory. The terms outlined in this general Refund Policy may not apply in full to individual products.
